Information you enter in our forms: your name, email address and, if provided, company, phone number, preferred start date, project requirements and configuration details. For data labeling requests this may include the data type, approximate volume, output requirements and timeline. We also record the time of submission and your IP address to protect the forms against abuse.
03Purpose of processing
To respond to your enquiry or message and to discuss your project requirements. We do not use form submissions for marketing without your separate consent.
04Service providers and recipients
Submissions are stored on our own server. A notification containing your submission is delivered to our team by email through Resend, an email delivery provider.
05Retention
Submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting discussion. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
